As early as 1905 Kaweco had already manufactured the first writing instruments made out of metal. Products which were made out of silver or gold plated brass in the past, are made from aluminium today.

High-quality aluminium is processed by CNC-technique and other processes in order to obtain a satin finish and hardened surface. The metallic body is made of high-quality aluminium and grants a unique haptic experience. Its fine surface imparts elegance. 

This pocket fountain pen only measures 10.5 cm when closed and is, therefore, a perfect everyday carry item. When the cap is mounted, the pen grows to a standard size of 13 cm. Thanks to its lightweight and small size, it’s a great pen for on the go.
