All stock items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment within 30 days once the items are received at Drawing House.
Return any unused stock item in the original packaging within 30 days for a refund, except:
- Gift Cards
- Pencils and coloured pencils
- Pastels
- Light tracers and light pads
- Custom order Items
- Items marked “non-returnable” and “Final sale”
- Markers, pens, and paint without sealed packaging are not returnable.
- Sprays (Spray Paint, Spray Adhesive, Aerosol Fixatives)
- Assembled Easels
If Drawing House or the product manufacturer is at fault, Drawing House will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges or the product can be returned in person to the store location.
Return Process:
- Email (drawinghousebarrie@gmail.com) or call 1-705-503-2996 to arrange for the Return Authorization number Prior to shipping any product back to the Drawing House.
- Write the Return Authorization / Order Number on the outside of the package.
